This 2023 Newmar Newaire had a defective cab window. The cab window is the main window the driver looks out of. It had moisture causing it to be hazy and hard to look out of and even though this is a new coach this is the 3rd time this window has been replaced. The customer contacted Newmar and they had it under warranty. Newmar sent us a new window and took 2 weeks to arrive.
The customer did have to bring it in shop for the replacement due to this being a new style of glue in frameless window and needed 3 techs to remove and reinstall and took 2 full days to complete the job.
This is the 3rd time we’ve done this defective cab window on this kind of body style. They were referred by Mike Thompson RV whom we’ve done work for over the last 20 years.
