This customer contacted New View Auto Glass for their RV windshield replacement.
It just happened to be a 2012 Itasca Sunrise. Itasca and Winnebago are made by the same manufacturer and always have the same rust issues around the windshield frame.
New View Auto Glass told the customer they had to bring their RV into the shop for their windshield replacement due to the rust that was going to be found.
The customer dropped off their RV and New View went to work. Once the technicians removed the windshield the rust was noticeable and had to be taken care of before the new windshield gets installed. The techs were able to grind off the rust and prime the affected areas.
The techs got the windshield installed and the customer was very happy with their new windshield.
