This customer called New View Auto Glass for a quote on his 2013 Tiffin Allegro. He needed his windshield replaced and had started an insurance claim. He was not sure on how to proceed since he had never done an insurance claim for his Rv. New view was able to talk him through the process and made it easy. His insurance reached out for an estimate and it was approved within the next couple days. After the approval it took 5 business days to receive the windshield. Once the windshield arrived it was time to call the customer to get the installation on schedule.
The customer was pleased with the installation and how knowledgeable the techs were with any questions he had.
